Reinhold Weber - Elektronische Musik (Deutsch Kratrock)

Review by Lev Gankine:
Sparse droney electronics with spooky spoken word interludes. Based on this description, I should probably like this album more than I actually do, but what really prevents me from sinking deep into Reinhold Weber's music is its obvious academic nature. I mean, this reminds me more of a sonic research LP than any kind of krautrock, and as such it comes off a little bit soulless for me. Closer to Stockhausen than Can if you get my drift. Come to think of it, he probably didn't even do drugs!
